PACIFIC DIVE MAUI, we value your business and we are committed to
protecting your privacy. The purpose of this statement is
to share with you our policy concerning your privacy.

What information do we collect and
how do we use it?
- Pacific Dive does not collect information from its web site
for any purpose other then reservation of a scuba trip or
if a client requests that we contact them. Web servers do log IP
address for web statistics only. We do not share this information.
- The information collected on the client is primarily contact
information. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED to enter your credit card
number to make a reservation using the online form. However,
we will contact you if a credit card is required and you
can submit the information any way you choose.
- Other information that we collect pertains to your visit
to Maui. How long will you visit, and where you will be staying.
This information is voluntary and YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED to
submit this information to use the online form. Any information
gathered on our reservation form is sent directly to the
management of Pacific Dive to assist the client in the scheduling
of the dive. No information is shared with any third parties.
- We use a credit card POS system to process all credit card
transactions. We receive the credit card number and other
personal information of our clients only to process credit
card transactions in our store.
- We do not knowingly collect any personal information from
a child without the consent of the child's parent(s). Children
under the age of 13 should obtain parental consent before
ordering from our site.

- By using the reservation form and our web site http://www.pacificdive.com
you agree to indemnify and hold Pacific Dive, its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless
from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's
fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your use of the
site.
Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We
may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our
site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server
logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information
and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable
information to anyone.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be provided as a credit to
the credit card used at the time of purchase within thirty (30) days
upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
